Florio is being built by people with experience across golf, healthcare learning, psychiatry, marketing, and the messy practical bit of getting new things off the ground.

We are early. That matters. The team is lean, the work is hands-on, and the standards have to be high from the start. When you are talking about mental health, "we will tidy it up later" is not a plan.
