We want to make looking after your head a completely normal part of the game. But to actually shift the culture, we need golfers, creators, and industry people who already understand the game to help us carry the message.

Who we're looking for.

There is no single perfect candidate for this. A massive social following or a respected voice in the industry is obviously brilliant, but that isn't the whole picture.

What matters most is that you genuinely care about the mission and want to do something about it. We're looking for people who can actually help us grow the movement in their own way.

Whether you're well-connected at your home club, active online, or just great at getting the right thing in front of the right people, if you get the tone and care about the work, you'll fit right in.
